Costume & Party Range
Refunds or Exchanges are ONLY available within 3 days of receipt of goods.
If for any reason there is a concern with your received order, please contact us immediately. Failure to do so within 3 days will result in your claim not being recognised
Products are to be in original and UNDAMAGED packaging.
We do not give refunds or exchanges for:
- Products that have been used, worn or altered - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Products where packaging is damaged (eg. ripped open)
- Wigs, Beards or Facial Hair
- Underwear, Socks or Stockings
- Prosthetics, Fangs, Fake Teeth of any kind
- Earrings
- Hats
- Postal Charges
- Return Postal Charges
- Special Ordered Items
- Product Items that are not sent back in full (pieces missing)
- Product Items that a request for Refund/Exchange has not been received within 3 days of delivery
- Product Items not returned within 7 days from date of Return/Exchange confirmation
- Eyelashes
- Cosmetics
Some of the above items can be returned providing that they are in their original, unopened and sealed packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, all items that can be opened and re-closed are not returnable.

Please ensure that you add our email address to avoid having your Refund/Exchange confirmation being rejected by your computer
Returns Procedure
- Submit the above "Refund/Exchange Request Form" (or phone us direct).
- Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email with your Refund/Exchange Code which you will need to include with your return. Please advise us immediately if you do not receive this confirmation.
- Safely package your item/s and return to us as per the below information. Your return needs to be received by us within 7 days from date of your Refund/Exchange confirmation. Failure to do so, may result in your claim being rejected.
For all local returns:
Along with your Refund/Exchange Code, please return to 55 Hudson Street, Kirwan - Our office is occasionaly unattended, please phone us prior to avoid dissappointment
For all mailed returns:
Ensure that your item/s are packed with no pieces missing.

Return freight is the responsibility of the sender. It is highly recommended that you return via registered post. We will not be held liable for missing parcels.
