Refund Policy

Refund Policy

The following information currently only applies to our Costume & Party Range (Our Giant Games & Murder Mystery Games are Non Refundable)

Refunds & Exchanges are ONLY available within 3 days of receipt of goods. A request for a refund/exchange needs to be made within 3 days, you then have 7 days from receipt of our confirmation to have your item returned. Please refer to our Refund Procedure for further information.

If for any reason there is a concern with your received order, please contact us immediately. Failure to do so within 3 days will result in your claim not being recognized.

We do not give refunds or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been used, marked (eg. makeup) worn or altered
  • Products where packaging is damaged (eg. ripped open)
  • Products that include inflatable components that have been inflated
  • Wigs, Beards or Facial Hair
  • Underwear, Socks or Stockings
  • Prosthetics, Fangs, Fake Teeth of any kind
  • Earrings
  • Hats
  • Eyelashes
  • Cosmetics
  • Products that are not sent back in full (missing packaging or missing pieces)
  • Special Ordered Items
  • Products that a request for Refund/Exchange has not been received within 3 days of delivery
  • Products not returned within 7 Days from date of Return/Exchange confirmation
  • Postal Charges
  • Return Postal Charges

Some of the above items can be returned providing that they are in their original, unopened and sealed packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, all items that can be opened and re-closed are not returnable.

There is a minimum restocking fee of 10%, if there is more than 5 of one item ordered and subsequently returned.

Return Procedure

Please ensure that you add our email address to avoid having your Refund / Exchange confirmation being rejected by your computer.

Returns Procedure

  1. Submit the following Refund/Exchange Request Form. In the details portion, please include the following information: Invoice Number, Product Item Number, Product Description, Refund or Exchange? Reason for the Refund / Exchange. If it is an exchange, please re-order your new purchases online and state in the comment section that you have an exchange and quote your Exchange code.

  3. Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email with your Refund/Exchange Code which you will need to include with your return. Please advise us immediately if you do not receive this confirmation.
  4. Safely package your item/s and return to us as per the following information. Your return needs to be received by us within 7 days from date of your Refund/Exchange confirmation. Failure to do so, may result in your claim being rejected.

Rejected claims will be returned at the expense of the sender.

You will receive notification prior, this will enable other arrangements to be made (if applicable).

For all local returns:

Along with your Refund/Exchange code, please return to 55 Hudson Street, Kirwan - Returns can be posted to the above address, or you can return in person. Please refer to our Pay in Store Order Collection Hours - Click here for hours Please Note: Our office is not always attended, it is highly recommended that a return day and time are provided prior to the day to avoid dissappointment.

For all mailed returns: 

Ensure that your item/s are packed safely with no pieces missing. Clearely write the following information on your return parcel.

  • To: The Party Warehouse
  • Return Number _________ (refund/exchange code)
  • PO Box 1372, Thuringowa Central Qld 4817

Return freight is the responsibility of the sender. It is highly recommended that you return via registered post. We will not be held liable for missing parcels.
