Pricing & Stock

Pricing and stock availability are subject to change without notice. All images shown on our website are indicative only and may vary. Please enquire if you would like more information on any item.

Minimum Order Value

Due to the expense associated with postage & handling, all orders under $10 (excluding postage) will no longer be accepted.  You will receive notification that your order falls below our minimum. You are then welcome to add to your order via return email, otherwise your order will be cancelled within 2 Business Days if no response is received.  

This does only apply to orders which require postage (not local orders which are collected)

Minimum Eftpost $10 on ALL orders 

Size Charts

Size Charts are provided by each individual costume supplier. Size Chart Measurements are supplied as a guide only.

Typo Errors

In the event that we enter a product with an incorrect price, The Party Warehouse reserves the right to cancel or amend your order accordingly. You will be notified immediately and your order will not be processed until we have written (via email) confirmation of your wishes to cancel or to proceed with the correct price.

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Cancelled Orders

Credit Card Orders which have already been processed, are subject to a merchant processing fee of 2% of the total transaction value. To check on the progress of your order, contact us immediately on 0419 848 880

Returns & Exchanges

The following information currently only applies to our Costume & Party Range (Our Giant Games & Murder Mystery Games are Non Refundable)

Refunds & Exchanges are ONLY available within 3 days of receipt of goods. A request for a refund/exchange needs to be made within 3 days, you then have 7 days from receipt of our confirmation to have your item returned. Please refer to our Refund Procedure for further information.

If for any reason there is a concern with your received order, please contact us immediately. Failure to do so within 3 days will result in your claim not being recognized.

We do not give refunds or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been used, marked (eg. makeup) worn or altered
  • Proudcts where packaging is damaged (eg. ripped open)
  • Wigs, Beards or Facial Hair
  • Underwear, Socks or Stockings
  • Prosthetics, Fangs, Fake Teeth of any kind
  • Earrings
  • Hats
  • Eyelashes
  • Cosmetics
  • Products that are not sent back in full (missing packaging or missing pieces)
  • Special Ordered Items
  • Products that a request for Refund/Exchange has not been received within 3 days of delivery
  • Products not returned within 7 Days from date of Return/Exchange confirmation
  • Postal Charges
  • Return Postal Charges

Some of the above items can be returned providing that they are in their original, unopened and sealed packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, all items that can be opened and re-closed are not returnable.

There is a minimum restocking fee of 10%, if there is more than 5 of one item ordered and subsequently returned.

Authority to Leave

Unfortunately, we do not accept an "Authority to Leave" on any order. Orders do require a signature on delivery.

 

Shipping / Insurance

All goods purchased from The Party Warehouse are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a third party contractor. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Insurance of goods in transit is not automatically provided. If you would like insurance cover, please enquire at time of ordering.
