To Place Your Order
1. Select your items and place them into your "Shopping Cart". If your item accepts into your cart, it means it is currently in stock. If for any reason our stock is not correct at time of ordering, you will be notified asap. (Please Note: Due to the many expenses associated with mailing orders, we do require a small minimum of $10 plus postage for all postal orders)
2. Sign in as a Guest or Create an Account
3. Enter your billing address - Please use care when entering your email address to prevent non delivery of your email notifications
4. Enter your shipping address (if different than your billing address) - Your shipping address will not be used if you choose the Order Pickup option at Step 5 below
5. Enter your shipping method
Australia Wide - We use Australia Post. Postal charges and estimated delivery times are obtained through the checkout process. These are provided via a link to the Australia Post website. We do also use Pre Paid Satchels, so if we can fit your order in a Pre-Paid satchel and save you postage rates, we do. Your order will be amended to reflect this price reduction. Orders placed before 1pm Mon - Friday (Qld time) will normally be despatched the same day.
Important Notice: With Express Post Parcels, Townsville is not on the Australia Post Express Network, which means the Express Post 24Hr Guarantee may not apply. Australia Post delivery times are based on Full Business Days. If unsure, please ask.

Shipping / Insurance
All goods purchased from The Party Warehouse are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a third party contractor. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Insurance of goods in transit is not automatically provided. If you would like insurance cover, please enquire at time of ordering.
7. Confirm your order - Include your payment method and any Order Instructions / Comments (if applicable)
8. A confirmation of your order will be sent to you automatically (via email). Please ensure you add us to your safe senders list to receive your confirmation.
