How do we place an order & pay?

You can either download our order form, then email, post OR phone us direct.
We accept cash, direct deposit, mastercard or visa.

How can I receive my order?

You can collect direct from us at 55 Hudson Street, Kirwan (Thursday & Friday 10am to 2pm or Saturday 10am to 4pm) or your order can be mailed direct (postal charges apply - see below). For all Game orders, we do deliver free of charge if order exceeds $150 (within 15km radius from Kirwan 4817).

What if I need my order in a hurry?

Give us a call, we are available 7 Days a week (9am - 6pm)

Can I look at the games or party range prior to purchasing?

Yes, we encourage you to come in and have a look. As we are moving towards being an online trading store, our showroom is now only open Thursday and Friday 10am to 2pm or Saturday 10am to 4pm.

Can I have my order sent to me?

Yes, we do send anywhere within Australia and New Zealand. All listed prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

How much will it cost and how long will it take to arrive?

All orders are usually despatched the same day (business hours)
Unless requested, we generally use Australia Post. We charge the equivalent to what Australia Post charge and we do not add packing & handling charges.
To check for delivery costs and expected delivery times, please refer to the Australia Post website www.australiapost.com.au. For postal calculations, you will need the following information:
1. Our postcode is 4817 Thuringowa Central, North Queensland
2. We usually use satchels/bags - Boxes are normally used for heavy or fragile items.

Do you Hire your costumes?

No, we currently do not hire.
